[ Scope of Application]

This method is suitable for on-site rapid detection of the cleanliness and hygiene status of catering utensils, food processing utensils, and operating countertops.

[ Detection Principle]

If dining utensils and food processing utensils are not cleaned thoroughly, there will often be protein residues. Protein is a breeding ground for microorganisms and a component of bacteria. This method utilizes the principle that specific reagents can react with residual proteins on the surface of an object to produce color, in order to determine whether the surface of the object is hygienic and the degree of hygiene.

[ Operation Method]

1Drop 2 drops of wetting agent onto the surface of the tested object.

2Take out a piece of testing card, peel off the surface film of the test paper, face the area where the wetting agent is added, and cross and wipe back and forth in an area of 10 × 10cm. image002

3Place the wiped test card flat with the test paper facing upwards.

4Drop 1 drop of developer onto the test paper, and within 3 minutes, compare the color of the test paper with the reference color card.

5The comparison results are divided into clean, slightly unclean, unclean, and deeply unclean.

[ Precautions]

1Each detection card is disposable.

2Do not touch the testing area of the test strip with your hands.

3If there is liquid on the surface of the object to be inspected, wait until the liquid is slightly dry before conducting the inspection.

4This product is valid for 12 months when stored at room temperature.

5Product configuration: 50 quick test cards, 1 bottle of wetting agent and 1 bottle of color developer, and 1 color control card.
